Traffic measures on the Vršovická and Otakarova roads
From the 22nd of February 2020, transport measures will be introduced due to ongoing reconstruction works on railway bridges across Vršovická and Otakarova streets for the optimization of Prague Hostivař - Prague Main Railway Station. The transport measures will take place in two stages.
From the 22 to the 28th of February 2020:
Complete closure of Vršovická and Otakarova roads between Na Zámecká Street and the NN4895 road (near Lidl) in one direction, coming from the city centre, and a closure of the parking lane in the direction to the city centre;
Traffic in the direction from the city centre will be led via the opposite traffic lane, and in the direction to the city centre along the route: Perucká Street – NN193 road.
From the 29th to the 31st of February:
There will be road closure on NN1931 under the railway bridge (between Perucká and Otakarova); partial closure of Vršovická and Otakarova roads under the railway bridge in all directions (including part of the road, parking lane and sidewalk; traffic will be maintained in both directions).
The investor is the state company Správa dopravní dopravní cesty (Railway Infrastructure Administration) and the contractor is Metrostav a.s..
