Development Plan – Land-Use Plan of the city

The Development Plan is the basic generally biding document, the purpose of which is to coordinate territorial development. It is used as basic information for all those interested in building in the district. The application includes a digital format of current drawings, N 4- Land-Use plan, in its amended form changed by the Change in the Development Plan no Z 1000/00 that came into force on 10th July 2008.  Detailed information about the municipal plan and its changes can be found at the OUP MHMP webpage.  Complete presentations of the drawing part of the development plan, including visualisation of changes, can be found in the section of specialised maps in the map application Development Plan of Capital City Prague.
