Music Walks on Sundays at Prague Zoo
14.6.2020 — 'Hudební vycházky' (Music Walks) are outdoor classical music concerts which take place in Prague Zoo in front of Gočár's Houses. After fourteen successful years, the event has become a traditional part of summer at the zoo. Not only animal lovers, but also classical music fans, will be at the zoo every Sunday until the beginning of October. The open-air concerts will take place once again in front of Gočár's Houses at the top of the zoo for two hours on Sundays. More and more music lovers seek out the event for its informal setting and quality music.
Prague launches a campaign informing tourists of the rules in the city at night
30.7.2019 — From the end of September, a campaign is taking place in the streets of Prague that will focus on the rules and regulations tourists need to follow in the Czech capital. The campaign is organised by Prague City Tourism in cooperation with the Night Mayor Jan Štern. It will focus on the behaviour of tourists in the most problematic parts of the town. Next year, it will be followed up by a long-term campaign that will specifically target tourists, thanks to the results of the STEM / MARK agency's survey on the behaviour of tourists in Prague at night.

Prague celebrates the return of culture
18.8.2020 — "In April, together with GoOut, we sold tickets to non-existent shows in order to help to keep our culture alive. And because the time when almost NOTHING cultural happened is, hopefully, behind us, now Prague can experience SOMETHING in the last weekend of September. As an expression of gratitude to supporters and fans, cultural organisations all over Prague are preparing special events and programmes. It will be a celebration of the return and revival of culture and I look forward to seeing theatres and clubs full of fans soon," Hana Třeštíková, Prague Councillor for Culture and Tourism, said.
Prague Castle hosts an art exhibition from the era of Wenceslas IV of Bohemia
19.9.2019 — An exhibition dedicated to the 600th anniversary of the birth of the Czech king Wenceslas IV (Václav IV.) is on in the Imperial Stables of Prague Castle until the 3rd of November. It will display the era of his rule, as well as Gothic art and architecture from around 1400 AD.

Město podpoří pořádání akcí Prague International Marathon i v dalších letech
31.8.2004 — Rada hlavního města Prahy dnes (31.8.) schválila novou Dohodu o pořádání prestižních akcí Prague International Marathon do roku 2007. Pod tímto názvem probíhají každoročně v hlavním městě úspěšná sportovní klání jako jsou Klasický maraton, Juniorský maraton, Rodinný běh a City Běh, Závody na In-line bruslích, ½ maraton a běhy Grand Prix pro muže na 10 km a pro ženy na 5 km. Návrh dohody byl radě předložen z důvodu vypršení platnosti původní dohody mezi Hlavním městem Prahou a společností Prague International Marathon, s.r.o. (PIM)

4.10.2020 — Visitors to the Ekocetrum Prales (meaning 'rainforest') in the Kbely district of Prague can admire an outdoor exhibition of selected photographs from this year's Czech Nature Photo competition until the end of October. 'Lesy hl. m. Prahy' (Prague City Forests) became one of the partners of the competition this year and the pictures have already been exhibited in the Wild Garden Hostivař.

9.7.2020 — This summer, you can admire the painter Eva Erbsová's works in the lobby of the Škoda Palace. The painter exhibits regularly in the Škoda Palace, one of Prague City Hall's buildings, in recent years. This time, she selected paintings inspired by exhibits of the National Technical Museum in Prague in Letná.
