9.11.2017 — Japan Week is a festival focused on the presentation and promotion of the Japanese culture and art around the world and interchange between the nations. The Japanese foundation (IFF) International Friendship Foundation has been organising Japan Week already for 31 years - every year in a different country.

PID Lítačka travel card extended by three years

29.1.2020 — PID Lítačka Prague city transport cards, which were first issued in 2016, are set to expire this year. However, the company ICT Operator and Prague City Hall decided to automatically extend the card validity by three years. Therefore, passengers whose cards were due to expire this year will be capable of travelling with Lítačka around Prague and Prague Central Bohemia until 2023.

5.12.2022 — Smetanovu síň Obecního domu rozezní v pondělí 19. prosince světově proslulé vánoční a filmové melodie. Jedinečný večer připravil prestižní Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague.

Independent American artist Arthur Jafa in Galerie Rudolfinum

10.2.2019 — The exhibition of the famous American filmmaker, cinematographer and artist Arthur Jafa can now be seen at the Galerie Rudolfinum. It is his first exhibition in the Czech Republic. Arthur Jafa creates images of African-American identity and culture through a broad spectrum of contemporary footage and found images. The exhibition's title, 'A Series of Utterly Improbable, Yet Extraordinary Renditions', refers to the feeling of emptiness that characterizes black life, according to Jafa.

Informace o dopravních opatřeních v souvislosti s akcemi Prague Metronome festival a United Islands of Prague

23.6.2016 — Od pátku 24. do neděle 26. června 2016 proběhnou v Praze dvě kulturní akce - a to Prague Metronome festival a United Islands of Prague, na kterých se očekává celková návštěva několika desítek tisíc návštěvníků. Obě akce budou doprovázet dopravní opatření, která mají jednak zajistit bezpečnost návštěvníků i provozu na komunikacích a jednak usnadnit dopravu na uvedené akce.

3.5.2021 — Praha opět otevírá návštěvníkům jedny z nejnavštěvovanějších památek v metropoli - Petřínskou rozhlednu společně se Zrcadlovým bludištěm a Staroměstskou radnici. Prague City Tourism, a.s., která provozuje osm pražských památek, připravila pro návštěvníky pro tento rok několik novinek.
